Official Starting Figures

Don once again I really do think we were twins separated at birth.
My starting weight is 205 pounds.
My height (You aren't going to believe this) 5'10.25"
I even broke out a square and placed it against the door frame while doing this measurement.
I guess people really do shrink. I used to be 5'11" something. More than likely I was never that tall and it was just an inch's worth of hair. :)

SW: 205
TW: 175
WL: 0

Yes that's my (target weight) TW:175
But as for a plan that is still kind of up in the air.
Right now I just intend to cut out sugar, excess bread, and eliminating fried foods (Not that I eat a lot of those, maybe one serving a week.)
Plus eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Another thing that I was successful with in the past was eating dinner before 6pm then exercising to boost my metabolism.
Mainly I want to increase my activity and monitor the foods I eat as far as quality.
I don’t have the time to ride 2-3 hours a day like I did back when I raced road bikes.
My resting pulse rate used to be 40 bpm in my prime it now hovers in the 55-60 range
Which isn’t bad but it could be better.

What are the key elements to your plan?
Does the Weight Watchers supply you with a scripted diet along with the points system?
Or is it all based off of points with a list of allowable foods that you choose?
Do you have set times that you eat regimented by WW?

I'm doing the weight watchers "Core" plan which means I can eat as much as I like of certain foods like veggies, fruit, lean meat, etc. Wisely the core program also includes some crap foods that you will only eat in small qty (EG ketchup). The idea is to eat as often as you like and as much as you like so long as you never get really hungry or full.

You also get a budget of non-core foods, approx 1700 cals worth a week.

WW is not at all necessary, but extremely helpful.
