Week 7 Whoops!

Gained 0.9
Wish I could say "Curse you Halloween Candy!"
But the weight gain was more from a lack of exercise,
than anything else. My evening schedule this past week just plain sucked.
Back at it!

I'm just using +0.9 as fuel for this week's weigh-in. I may shoot for a 2-hr ride tonight.
Wednesday is my TV evening, so while I'm glued to the idiot box I manage to hop on the indoor-trainer.

Guilt Free T.V. :)

(BTW for those looking for an awesome indoor-trainer I highly recommend the "Kurt Kinetic Trainer"
I have owned mine for several years, and love it."

I too find it hard to stay focused,
but knowing I haven't reached my ultimate weight goal somehow manages to push me along.
