Wish I could say "Curse you Halloween Candy!"
But the weight gain was more from a lack of exercise,
than anything else. My evening schedule this past week just plain sucked.

Having a time of it myself. Seem to have lost the resolve and just generally feeling hungry.
It's much harder to get motivated when the weather is lousy and the nights draw in. Don't be too hard on yourself

I'm just using +0.9 as fuel for this week's weigh-in. I may shoot for a 2-hr ride tonight.
Wednesday is my TV evening, so while I'm glued to the idiot box I manage to hop on the indoor-trainer.
Guilt Free T.V. :)

I too find it hard to stay focused,
but knowing I haven't reached my ultimate weight goal somehow manages to push me along.
