Week 11-12
Tis' the season when work gets really busy. Clients trying to tie up last minute projects and get ready for the new year.
Week 11 I gained 0.6 pounds and Week 12 I lost 1.7 pounds, so all in all still moving in the right direction. I'm now officially over half way to my goal.
The next week or so will be interesting, 5 dinner parties in 8 days.
So if I gain weight I'm not going to freak, just try and stick to the plan and work it back off.

It really is a brutal time of year to shoot for weight loss. I just got back from a company pot luck lunch. I was goingto fill up on the healthy stuff on the first lap so as to cut down on the caloric intake. Alas, there was no healthy stuff.
This time of year all one can hope to do is limit the damage. :)
I agree, damage limitation is the best we can hope for.
